Terms And Conditions

In consideration to all our customers, if you are running late, please phone us directly on 0860262373 and we will try to arrange appropriate time as best as we can. Please note that we allocate specific amount of times for each treatment. If you are late for your appointment and we will have to shortened your treatment so as the next client treatment is not affected . You will be charged for the same amount of time of the treatment you booked for your appointment. 

 

If it is your first time we advice you to come 5 mins early to fill a consultation form prior to your treatment.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Please give 24 hours of cancellation notice to avoid cancellation charges. If you have not showed you for your treatment you will be charged in FULL. Failed to show up more than 2 times you will not be able to book unless you paid in advance.

 

For cancellation or no show payement you will be send a link for pay if you failed to pay you will have to pay in your next visit or no appointment will be provided.

 

PACKAGES:

 

When you purchased a package or a series of treatments you will not be able to change to another treatment . Packages that has been already redeem even One or few sessions the remaining will not be refunded.

 

No Show or last minute cancellation on packages will also be redeem as a session.

All cancellation or amended of booking should be made within our opening hours which is as follows 

Monday - Saturday 9 am - 6 pm , closed on Sunday and bank holidays

Online booking can also be amended online via the confirmation email you have received while booking.

BOOKING APPOINTMENT FOR MORE THAN 1 HOUR

For all appointment over 1 hour full payment will be taken as deposit to secure your booking

THERAPIST

At Jade Beauty Clinic we train all our Therapists to a high standard for you to have the best treatment on each of your visits. We understand you might have a preference to a particular therapist,  we will try our best to book you with the therapist but we CANNOT GUARANTEE that it will always happen. 

Salon Rules And Regulations

We want our salon to be somewhere you can relax and feel safe so things will be different to what it used to be. To keep everyone safe we will have to follow some protocols. We kindly ask you to read the procedures carefully to be familiar on how we will be proceeding from now on.

 
On Arrival to the salon

 

  • At the stair you will have to use the hand sanitiser that will be provided and wear your mask and keep it on until advice by your therapist to remove it.

  • When you get to the salon you will be brought directly to the treatment room and where we will start your consultation and followed by your treatments.

  • Need any products we are happy to help, just ask your therapist. Please do not touch any retail products.

  • We would prefer if you can pay by card or have the exact change if paying by cash.

  • When doing a manicure we will ask you to wash your hand and used disposable hand towels provided in the bathroom.

  • If you are early for your appointment we will request you to wait outside as we limiting the number of people inside.

  • We want to flatten the curve please come alone. Please do not bring family or friends with you to the salon.

  • Walk in will not be accepted at this time.

  • We will provide water in disposable cup just ask us and we will be happy to serve you.

 

 We want to reassure you about how we will do our part to protect you.
 

  • All common areas are been disinfected regularly.

  • Door handles and other areas used frequently will be wipe down before and after each clients.

  • We will be wearing a face mask and shield.

  • We will not be able to shake hands or hug you even if we so want to.

  • All our towels are changed after each use.

  • All our tools are sanitised after each use.

  • We will be wearing gloves except for massage where we will be washing our hands just before touching you.
